A new build on the high plains, our work aided a house in becoming a home. Goals were to extend the indoor livable space to the outdoors, creating a functional haven for cooking and gathering while promoting privacy and views of the mountains from the backyard. Improvements included:
Concrete flatwork providing circulation around the house including walkways and patios
An outdoor kitchen with a smoker/grill, griddle, and sink
Stone hearth and gas powered fireplace
Modified sprinkler system to accommodate a new lawn layout
Low water, native perennial beds
Stripstone edging
